Following are the rules or terms that govern the use of FlameTune.com and the services provided such as links, search, forums (collectively, "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and follow these terms.

 

Based in Russia, the FlameTune website is a legal tablature and lyric archive which activity is based on a Russian Organization on Collective Management of Rights of Authors and Other Rightholders in Multimedia, Digital Networks & Visual Arts (ROMS)' license.

 

ROMS is the national Russian organization providing professional collective management of authors’ property rights and protection of interests of rightsholders in cases of use of their works in digital interactive networks, including the Internet.

 

ROMS operates in full conformity with the legislation of the Russian Federation on copyright and related rights as a Russian national organization managing property author rights and related rights on a collective basis (Articles 44 - 47 of the Law of Russian Federation on Copyright and Related Rights).

 

FlameTune is a free to use archive of personal interpretations of music.
The Musician community is made to foster the spirit of creativity.

 

Permitted use

You are only authorized to view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use. Any reproduction, publication, or further distribution or public exhibition of materials provided at this site in whole or in part is strictly prohibited. The content and software on this Site is the property of FlameTune.

 

Tablatures, chords & lyrics

The files located at the Site are represent public domain interpretation of songs. All tabs and lyrics represented on the site are not intended to be accurate or official tabs for the artist, but are merely by-ear transcriptions. You may only use these files for private study, scholarship or research.

 

Advertising

FlameTune uses 3rd party companies to advertise on the site. These advertisements collect technical information (NOT including your personal information such as name, phone number, address, etc) in order to correctly display the advertisment on your browser. None of the information they collect are given to any third parties.

 

Privacy

We believe that your privacy and the privacy of all our users is important. If you post any original Content to the Site, by electronic

You agree to personal jurisdiction and venue in the federal courts of the Russian Federation.
